Wires for cable cars and high-voltage lines are put in place with a thin first rope. AustroDrones pulls the first rope with multicopters. The used ropes have up to 300 kg breaking load. Using a drone makes sense when the first rope can not be transported by foot and when a helicopter is disadvantagous.
